Terms and conditions

It is a multi seller website , So a lots of seller sale their  books on the site ,  that why  we created some terms and conditions for both buyer and seller, read carefully

*For Buyer

1. When you buy books please read description of the book carefully

2. If you get wrong item or damage / defective item you can return the parcel within 7 days after receiving date .  In  the case customer needs to share unboxing video or photos as a proof based on which addbook admin will issue refund and accept returns. Please note that approving refunds is upon the sole discretion of the admin.

3. For printed books cancellation requests will only be entertained until 6 hrs from the time of purchase.

4.wrong item mean the received book description is not match the given description of the book on the site and defective mean page missing or loose binding . In the case you can return parcel or some cases price would be minimised and will credit your I’d , next purchase the credit amount will be deducted from buying amount automatically .

5.The Refund will be made by payment.  It usually takes 7-10 days for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account.

6.For any printed book returns without the approval of addbook admin , Customer will have to bear delivery charges for two ways (forward  and return)

*Seller

1. Please upload correct books which you want to sale and write description in brief – Board Name , Class , Author Name , Publishers Name , Publishing year , Language ,page number, book condition etc.

2. Pricing set for school books – maximum selling price will be 50% of printing prices , it will be less  as per your choice . Example a book has printing price ₹500 , selling price ₹250 ( well condition ) or you can sale it lesser prices but can’t sale more than 250 prices

3. Pricing set for novel/ story books – minimum  discount will be 30%(used book)  on current  prices of the book but there is no limit to maximum discount

4.pricing set for competitive and others book
Minimum discount will be 40% on printing prices but there is no limit to maximum discount

5. If a seller send wrong , defective or damaged item in the case buyer claim with strong proof , in this case full shipping charges ( forward and return) will be paid by seller , so be careful . Write books condition in description as well as possible , please don’t keep something hidden.

6. Delivery charge will be paid by seller as per book weight and  shipping address .

7. Site commission is 10% on selling price on used book , but there is no commission on new book , new book mean –  new brand and current year

8.After receiving order , our courier boy pick up the parcel from your home within 1-2 days . we provide a shipping label .

9. Payment will be credited on your given bank account after 7 -10 days of received by customer .

10. There is no limit of discount  on selling new books.

Click My account > click on vendor dashboard > register as a vendor with required field > submit> login again > set store name >wait for approval , after approval you can upload photo of  book – front page , back page , pricing page , write description in brief – Board Name , Class , Author Name , Publishers Name , Publishing year , Language ,page number, book condition etc
